Please call 407-723-0023 for shuttle pick up. Once you arrive and you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please call us from one of the many courtesy phones located throughout the baggage claim areas and ground transportation floors in both A and B terminals. In the A terminal, they are located at spots A11, A12, A13 and terminal B spots B11, B12, or B13. You will be directed to the designated shuttle pick up location where we will transport you to our rental facility which is a short distance away.

GENERAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
All Drivers must have a valid Driver's license from their country of residence. If the license is not in roman alphabet an international driver's licence is required.
All renters and drivers are required to provide a flight round trip ticket matching their rental days.
Additional Drivers must meet all requirements of the primary driver and must be added at the rental counter. Additional driver fee is $9.99 per day.
$45 Fee applies for late pickups or after hour pickups.
Business hours are from 12:00 PM till 8:00 PM
All reservations have to be made at least 2 days in advance. any reservations made within the 2 days are subject to availability.
Payment options and Deposit
An authorization deposit is required on all rentals, All unused funds will be returned through your card processor after the vehicle is returned. It might take up to 3 business days for your card processor to process the transaction.
Debit Cards are NOT accepted
Under age Drivers
Driver's in the 21 - 24 age group incur an under age driver surcharge of $25 per day.
Renters from outside countries of the USA; must a have a valid driver's license issued from the country of origin; if the driver's license is not in Roman Alphabet a valid international license is required.
COVERAGE and INSURANCE
Collision damage Waiver
CDW is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If the renter accepts CDW, Flex Rent a car waives or reduces the renter's responsibility for loss of, or damage to, the rental vehicle excluding (deductibles). The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. We will not waive our right to collect for comprehensive losses such as fire theft vandalism flood hail or acts of god. In addition, there are other exclusions from collision damage waiver. Please read the back of the rental agreement for a complete list.
Third parties and unauthorized drivers are not covered by CDW. The Driver must obtain an accident report from police or CDW will be void.
*Credit card coverages are not accepted.
All U.S residents are required to provide a full declaration page with proof of auto liability and physical damage insurance
SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
You can purchase supplemental liability insurance (SLI). If you do, your liability coverage increases to as much 100 K combined single limit for each accident. This coverage greatly expands your liability protection perhaps even beyond your own personal auto policy. Restrictions apply. Ask for a copy of an SLI brochure at the rental counter. A fee may apply for opting out of car rental counter coverage.
We request to be notified at least 48 hours prior to pick-up time, Customers who fail to cancel their reservations at least 48 hours prior to pick time or fail to show up for their reservation or fail to qualify for the rental will be subject to a cancellation fee. Duplicate reservations that are not picked up or not cancelled will also be subject to the cancellation fee.
Please Note we hold reservation for 2 hours from the reserved pickup time subject to published business hours, cancellation must be through the original booking source.
Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental agreement.
Please return your vehicle in the same clean condition that you received it. A cleaning fee may be applied to any vehicle that is not returned in a reasonably clean condition. Smoking is not allowed in the rental vehicles.
Florida residents are required to provide a flight round trip ticket and a full declaration page with proof of auto liability and physical damage insurance coverage. Flex Rent a Car may elect not to rent to you if the insurance policy can't be verified. Florida residents rentals include 100 free miles per day with $.49 for each additional mile. A $6.00 per day charge will apply for customers electing to leave their personally owned vehicle parked on the Flex Rent a Car property.
Local renters can only book up to a midsize vehicle.
Unlimited mileage is offered for travel within the state of Florida only.
All Rentals are Restricted to the State of Florida. Crossing the state lines may be incur a charge up to $3000.00
Drop off hours
After hours drop off is permitted, Renter will be billed to the start of the next business day and is responsible for the rental vehicle until inspected by a company representative, please inquire at the counter for further accommodation and details.
One way rentals are not allowed.
The Renter is responsible for all parking and traffic violations incurred while using the vehicle. All violation fees will be billed to the credit card in addition to a $50.00 administration fee per occurrence.
All cars come with a sunpass/e-z pass with the $12 per rental day option plus pay per usage or the unlimited option for $18 per rental day
The renter is responsible for the payment of all toll fines and violations and authorizes Flex rent a Car to release the rental information to violation management services for the exclusive purpose of payment or billing
Renter understands and agrees that there are no refunds for early termination of the Rental agreement or early return of the vehicle.

Please refer to the terms and conditions on the back of the Flex Rent a Car Contract. All reservation are subject to final audit and vehicle availability. Flex Rent a Car maintains the right to refuse to rent if requirements are not met. refusal is at the discretion of the counter agent.
