Contact Flex Rent a Car within 24 hours of the incident and plan to come into the location to complete an incident report form.
Minimum age required to rent is 21. An under age surcharge applies for all renter's in the 21-24 age group.
Reservations are only held for 2 hours after the requested pick-up time. Please contact us by phone 407-723-0023 or email at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time to avoid any cancellation fee.

Vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental.
